ALL FYSA/gotsoccer Risk Management expired on 06/30/2021
R/M is different this year:
for 18 years and older now it is done in flsrc's OMS system for $42 *
younger than 18 referees - not required
SafeSport
SafeSport training required for 17+ referees and upload certificate into you flsrc.org account (NEW)
New 1st time doing SafeSport = 2 hoursRefresher Course = 15 minutes (if you did one last year)
Re-Certify
Mandatory RE-CERTIFY annually for new Laws of the game using flsrc.org
RECEIVE THE 2022 PATCH IN THE MAIL!
(your 2021 patch is only good until the end of the year, but do not delay RE-CERTIFY NOW!!!)PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL DECEMBER TO RE-CERTIFY, WE ARE USING NEW LAWS OF THE GAME AND YOU NEED TO KNOW THEM BEFORE GETTING ON THE FIELD !!!
* if you are a GotSport 2021/2022 background checked coach or admin for your club, you can save paying $42 to flsrc for background check by contacting Abrom Douglas by phone, have your GotSport R/M card saved to your computer and he will help you upload it into flsrc's OMS system
